Where the consignment ships from
Composters are staged and dispatched by us from Jaipur. Tumblers ship flat or part-assembled with the fixings bagged and taped inside the drum, so a bolt cannot be lost between the yard and your gate.
Handling time
Orders are picked, counted against the panel and fixings list and dispatched within up to 3 business days, Monday to Saturday. Orders confirmed after 3:00 PM IST move to the next working day.
Delivery across India
Once booked, transit runs 5-8 business days to metro addresses and 7-12 business days to the rest of India. With handling included, the usual estimate is 6-15 business days from the order.
We move these with Delhivery Heavy / VRL. Bulky consignments run to a freight schedule rather than a daily parcel round, and that wait is built into the ranges above.
Shipping charges
Free freight from ₹2,999 upwards. Below that a flat ₹149 applies whatever the consignment weighs, shown in the cart before you commit. Nothing is added at the gate.
Cash on Delivery
Cash on Delivery is available alongside UPI on most PIN codes. Distant routes outside the transporter’s COD network and very high-value units are prepaid-only, and the checkout says so before you confirm. No COD fee is charged.
Tracking and receiving
A tracking reference is emailed and texted once the consignment is booked, and the driver calls before delivery. Inspect and film the consignment before signing — a signature without inspection makes a damage claim much harder. If tracking is quiet for two working days, write to support@calioramanor.shop.
