Return window
Tell us within 7 days of delivery if you want to return a unit. Freight collection takes longer than that to arrange, which is fine — the notice is what has to land inside the window.
Condition we can accept
Unassembled and unused, in the original packing with the fixings bag intact, and with the invoice. A composter that has held waste cannot be returned at all, for reasons that need no explaining, so please confirm the footprint and the working volume before you start.
What we cannot take back
Assembled or used units, anything that has held organic waste, drilled or modified parts, clearance stock and gift cards. Also anything returned without the packing that protects the drum in freight.
Damaged, wrong or short
Film the consignment as it is unwrapped, before you sign. A cracked drum, a warped door, a bent frame, the wrong model or a fixings bag short of its count is covered if that video reaches us within 48 hours of delivery. Where one part is affected we send the part rather than swapping the whole unit.
Refund timing
Approved refunds are processed within 12 business days to the original UPI handle or bank account. Freight returns take longer to reach us than parcels, which is why this window is longer than a small-parcel shop’s.
Starting a return
Email support@calioramanor.shop with the order number, what is wrong and the video where relevant. We book the collection with the transporter and confirm the slot in writing.
