What does delivery cost and how long does it take?
Free from ₹2,999; a flat ₹149 below that. Dispatch takes up to 3 business days, then 5-8 business days to metro addresses and 7-12 business days elsewhere in India.
How can I pay?
UPI or Cash on Delivery. We do not accept credit cards, debit cards, net banking or PayPal. On a freight delivery the driver collects COD at your gate.
Can I return a composter I have used?
No. Return notice must reach us within 7 days of delivery and the unit must be unassembled and unused. Once a drum has held waste it cannot come back, and we would rather say that plainly than argue about it later.
Is there a warranty?
No. There is no six-month warranty and no manufacturer warranty through this shop, and we will not claim one. Cover is for a cracked drum, a warped door, a bent frame, the wrong model or a short fixings count — unboxing video within 48 hours.
How long until I get usable compost?
Longer than most listings suggest. A well-balanced, regularly turned tumbler in Rajasthan warmth takes roughly six to ten weeks; a neglected one takes months or simply turns sour. We publish turning guidance rather than a headline number, because the number depends on you.
Will it smell?
Only if the balance is wrong. Too much kitchen waste and not enough dry carbon material gives you anaerobic sludge and an odour; adding leaves, shredded card or straw fixes it. No composter is odour-free by design and we will not describe one that way.
What size do I need?
Every listing gives the working volume, which is smaller than the drum volume because a tumbler must never be filled past about two-thirds. A two-person household usually suits the smaller dual-chamber units; a garden with regular leaf fall needs the larger ones.
Do you have a yard I can visit?
No. Caliora Manor is online-only; the address on the invoice is a registered office and staging yard, not a display yard.
