Cancelling before dispatch
Cancel free of charge any time before dispatch. Freight is booked ahead, so the useful window closes when the consignment note is raised — usually within up to 3 business days of the order.
We charge no cancellation fee, no processing fee and no restocking fee at any stage.
Refund on a cancelled prepaid order
A cancelled prepaid order is refunded in full to the original UPI handle or bank account within 5 to 7 business days, the settlement window banks work to under the Reserve Bank of India’s framework for reversals.
After dispatch
Once the consignment note is raised the order cannot be cancelled. You may refuse the unit at the gate, or accept it and open a return under our Return & Refund Policy. A refused consignment is refunded once it returns to us and passes the same condition check as any return.
Cash on Delivery orders
Cancelling a COD consignment before dispatch costs nothing. Please cancel rather than refusing at the gate — a refused unit occupies a freight slot in both directions and usually comes back cracked.
When we cancel
We may cancel where a model is out of stock, where a price was published wrongly, or where an order looks fraudulent. Each is refunded in full and explained in writing. Questions go to support@calioramanor.shop.
