Where the tracking reference comes from
These move on a freight line, so tracking starts when the consignment note is raised rather than at a courier counter. That happens within up to 3 business days of the order and the reference is emailed and texted the same day.
How long tracking should take to move
After booking, the consignment is with Delhivery Heavy / VRL for 5-12 business days. Freight lines run to a schedule rather than daily, so a scan can sit unchanged over a weekend without anything being wrong.
If tracking has stalled
Send the order number to support@calioramanor.shop and we raise it with the freight desk the same working day. Please do not reorder — a genuinely lost consignment is traced and replaced at our cost.
Receiving a freight delivery
The driver calls ahead and delivers to your gate. Somebody has to be there to receive and sign; a tumbler drum is bulky rather than heavy, but it will not fit through a standard doorway assembled.
At delivery
Unwrap and film the consignment before signing. A cracked drum, a warped door, a bent frame, the wrong model or a short fixings count is covered if the video reaches us within 48 hours.
